Promoter Details
Ef1α, a strong promoter, human targeted elongation factor 1α (EF1A) gene, can be stably expressed in most types of cells, especially cells where the CMV promoter is silenced, such as stem cells, 1178bp.
hE F1 a promoter, cloned from the promoter region of human eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 alpha 1 (EEF1A1), is 1.3kb in length, constitutively expressed, and has no cell tissue specificity.
Functional Gene Details
eNpHR3.0: NpHR is a light-driven chloride ion pump belonging to the Halorhodopsin family. The common version is NpHR3.0, which adds an endoplasmic reticulum anterograde transport signal and a Golgi transport signal to the cell membrane based on NpHR, improving its expression on the cell membrane. It is the most commonly used photoinhibition tool. NpHR is usually driven by yellow light around 570nm and can be used simultaneously with hChR2 (H134R).
