How is Crossilico RUO Manufacturing different from traditional CDMOs?
CDMOs focus on how to manufacture compliantly. Crossilico RUO Manufacturing is the physical endpoint of a validation closed loop: every batch includes LingXi optimization, full QC datasets, traceability, and a process parameter summary.
I already have a finalized sequence. Can I skip the optimization step?
No. Crossilico does not accept pure manufacturing orders without optimization. Every sequence goes through LingXi dual optimization before production. The optimization is included in the base workflow.
What is the difference between INVIVO Grade and NHP Grade?
INVIVO Grade is designed for cell experiments and rodent studies. NHP Grade is designed for non-human primate proof-of-concept studies, with higher purity, lower endotoxin, larger volumes, and more stringent QC.
Do you provide clinical-grade GMP manufacturing?
Crossilico focuses on preclinical RUO-grade batches. We provide a clinical transition package and can connect customers with trusted GMP manufacturing partners when the program is ready.
What process parameters do you deliver?
We provide a process parameter summary covering upstream and downstream parameters such as transfection conditions, harvest timing, purification parameters, concentration methods, and scale-up considerations.
How do I know my batch is suitable for animal studies?
Every batch undergoes safety QC, including endotoxin testing, mycoplasma testing, residual host-cell DNA testing, titer, purity, empty/full ratio, and genome integrity review. The batch release report includes the data and traceability.
What volume can I order?
INVIVO Grade typically covers 1-50 mL. NHP Grade typically covers 10-200 mL. Custom volumes are available for large projects.
Can I order multiple batches for a study?
Yes. We support multi-batch orders with batch-to-batch consistency controls and can discuss framework pricing for recurring batch needs.
What is the Triple-Plasmid Ratio DOE add-on for NHP Grade?
It is a Design of Experiments add-on that optimizes the transfection ratio of rep/cap, helper, and transfer plasmids to improve yield, empty/full ratio, and batch consistency. It delivers a design matrix, experimental results, and an optimized ratio recommendation.
